He is like the Imperial Palace psychiatrist.
If he made that particular conclusion, he should have his evidence or professional knowledge to back his claims.
That is unless there is some AMDK psychiatrist questioning about the above mentioned findings.
Dun think the local specialist will make a single squeak about it.

If there is no tests or visits made with any psychiatrist during Aug and Sep, I guess we will have our doubts as noob and novice.

As long as it does not support WP agenda the doctor opinion is suspicious

Just like all the experts making predictions and claim about the virus every day.
Any one hold them responsible when their claims are invalid ?
If the specialist findings are not true, would any one in the same field comment or call him out ?
If the patient in question did not dispute the findings, what can bystanders like us do ?

Better xiang this Dr...or not recommend to other people for his service

Actually… he is just a doctor… his only responsibility is to give assessment on RK mental health… who is he to judge what is “out of line” by WP leaders… what is out of line to him does not mean it isn’t to others…
