but linghu got yi jing jing later part.. which cured his poison and his xi xing da fa flaws. so if he mastered yi jing jing and master also 破气式... that means he can defeat 六脉神剑 which is essentially using qi to fire laser beams.

but linghu towards the novel end havent reach that stage. so i will think duanyu will win.

if talk about master level. dugu jiu jian got one stance is to break the martial artist using inner energy as weapon.. aks 破气式。 so i would say dugu will win. but if u talk about linghu and duanyu.. based on the novel end skills... i think duan yu will win. since he already have 200 plus years of inner strength.
