Basically unhappy people got people to sign petition to start recall votes process
They got required numbers so recall started

But like I said a certain number must be reached . It wasn't
So it means recall failed
Which means he ISN'T removed
The Taichung Legislative Member WAS recalled.

BTW the requirement for numbers is so that where there's 190,000 registered voters and 10,000 voted for recall against 1 voted for no recall, it means the guy CANNOT be recalled
