You alone are fully responsible to make a firm decision and act on it. Cannot rely on others because they are not you.

bro im still trying to see what i can do, I went to do brief online consultation and simply dont have enough points because of no previous experience in oz. Don't be fooled by those telling you its easy. not unless you study or work there before

My colleague rented a entire condo unit together with a few other people... The experience varies with the joint tenants changing... Can be very fun if got good mix of people... Also got female tenants sometimes... Can mix and know more people, especially females..
