When they quote the hourly rate, it makes us wonder how much the recruitment companies are keeping as commission per hour.

Seems like MOH is paying a lot.

many companies recruit thru job agencies...probably cheaper than maintaining a bigger HR department.

No it doesn work this way. My friend is an Asia Pacific HR manager . She told me all staffs outsource to agency cause they would help to filter off the candidates for them according to their requirements. And friend told me they paid the highest commission for their dept manager which cost 20k

Thailand COE, condo and car how much etc
Dont count nominal amount
Count by factor
Condo maybe divide by 2.5x
No coe so ignore.
living expense leh? Bts is kan ex ok for their standards. Have seen fresh graduate level pay cant even cover bts long distance fare of 50 baht per trip one. End up they rather dont work as working that job results in negative income

why they can't filter candidates themselves thru direct applications? Because they don't have the headcount in HR to do it. They rather pay job agencies to do the leg work/screen candidates for them but the hiring companies (not job agencies) have the final say who to recruit.
