The world feels shaky under weak biden. 1) Before russia ukr war, he kept warning the world that putin is going attack instead of doing something to prevent it eg pointing nuke at russia if russia attacks ukr.
2) impose sanctions after attack which are totally useless instead of helping ukr defend against russia n kick russia back. These sanctions further give putin more courage n conviction to attack.

as a whole I think USA is kind of scaling back on the attacking side of the military operations. perhaps because Afghanistan kinda made its soldiers weary and don't exactly want to keep for fighting. soldiers tend to be young people after all. and young people tend to be more self protecting?
