They have no jets or long range artillery left effectively. That is why most of the former Warsaw states are donating those to them. Drones are also short range and very light payload.

Also urban warfare is infantry strongest suit which is where the Russians took losses. That is why the Russians at first went in very fast. Only when start reaching the cities and town they slowed down a lot.

Plus sending grunts against a 40 MILE long armored convoy in open warfare is suicide.
