price dropping for new RTX 30 series cards....and now not much new AAA games to play. RTX 40 series coming in 2022 and will drop the price of all the RTX 30 series even more.... Its like buying a second car, bought with COE at 100k vs a new car when COE is at 30k
How much is rtx 30

I have seen this play out before.

Price of GPU cheap everyone wait until the next 30xx series to come out then price went sky high then everyone searching high and low for it or lower their expectation to the 16xx or 20xx series cards.

but when RTX 30 was going to release, we all know its going to be hot stuff and we will have to buy from resellers at markup price and the left over older cards will hold value....and crypto mining was the hot stuff back then...

Now, the RTX 30 series cards can easily get (new or 2nd hand), price dropping like price of shares these days....

techidiot teached us..... ask the seller, believe what the seller said. :s34:

The seller always said "2nd hand" :ROFLMAO:

Some will be upfont some won't cuz some brought either others or miners.
Check the condition than you will know whether used or not especially on the golden pins.

Not sure anyone can see, the golden pin got scratches/wear and tear.
Meaning the card have been taken in and out many times either the card
change hand or the user have issue with the card like no display issue.

These are signs of the condition for the card.

1) Price
Old graphic card like GTX7XX/GTX900 are not worth $200 - $300.
I saw one selling GTX780 for $300 is too high.
2) Condition of the card like oxidation, rust, scratches especially on the golden pin.
Will have lower value.
3) Bring home have to dust and test.

If you want reliable graphic card get brand new one like GTX1650 which is failing back to it's original MSRP below $300.
Other models hopefully will drop.

2nd hand graphic card is 50/50, you can buy a graphic card either have issue or don't know when it will die.

Mining cards avoid those not only used prolong but overclock also.
I have brought used graphic card but I won't spend more than $100.
ASUS Strix 1070 O8G (the faster version ... slower version is just “8G”) worth how much?

I ever sold to guy at good price brand new cuz I had a change of mind and the guy seem genuine. . That ****** immediately resold it. How I know? He ask me for warranty receipt. When I told him any warranty I will handle for him. I check his previous listing lo and behold my gpu is sold.
Asking for warranty receipt doesn’t have to mean he’s reselling it.. how would he know you will handle the warranty for him when required years in the future?
