Apparently this is a service by MOM and GovTech and they send out an email to users under the 'To' field.

And they tried to recall the email after sending it out and they think it would work.

Next day, they send out an email to everyone in Bcc, to ask me to delete the initial email??

Do they really hire what kind of ppl to send out email one? This kind of mistake also can make?
