see specialist alrdy nothing much can do.

Go for surgery as a last resort. Try to change your lifestyle to fix the problem by way of diet, exercise etc

If it is pain for many years, do tuina.

If is spinal related and not stenosis, swimming if you can, regular walking, and watch that posture avoid sitting too long.

No, took 2 years. Still there in the background if I sit still too long or posture too bad I'll feel it. Not pain immediately but muscle start twitching
