A Singapore restaurant is imposing a S$10 surcharge on the final dining bill if a child of a diner is deemed noisy and disruptive to other patrons of the establishment.

they should really implement this on flights as well. Special flights without children or extra surcharge for children, called child disruptive tax(CDT)

Ya , $10 too cheap, should charge like $50 or 50% of the meal whichever is higher

on the other hand the restaurant also don’t provide child seats as well so thats a plus point

but I think policy is still fair because this will only affect those parents with noisy /disruptive kids. If you got well behaved kids you got nothing to fear

its like hanging of drug smugglers, if you not drug smugglers you got nothing to fear from this law

Not only do they tell you before hand, they don’t charge this tax for all kids, only those kids that are disruptive
