last time.. i also encountered a case like this...

walk up a staircase ... and found a leg sticking out on the staircase 1 level above me.

went up to take a look and found an elderly lying face down like this but no sign of breathing...

i call the ambulance...and proceed to do my stuff (never stay with the uncle) and later... the famous tent appeared when I finished my stuff and walk past that staircase

hope any of those had called for an ambulance alrd before gathering there to look

1. don't touch him, and call ambulence
2. carry him and rush him to hospital?

Should roll him over to the back and put something soft at the back of his head correct?

Wait for ambulance to come while check if he needs water etc..........

Nah put him in a recovery position so that his vomit or saliva won't choke his trachea. In that position he is already almost in recovery position riao.. 🤔
