HDB upstair/ceiling making hamming noise constantly, everytime last ~1minute

Recently, I have been hearing the humming noise from the upstairs/ceiling. Most probably from some water pipes (not sure), it last for around 1 minute every time and then stopped. Happened all day, during day time it's fine but also happens at night when we sleep which is annoying. I lived at the 2nd floor. Has anyone had similar issues before? Is it because of the water pipes issues of the upstairs neighbor? I also attached the audio recording In the end you can hear the noise stop suddenly.
