I had just finished playing the final demo of Wo Long and it didn't disappoint! Beautiful sounds of parrying clangs again.

Players who have experienced Sekiro/any game involving lotsa deflections/parries or are good at deflections/parries may find it easier and fun. In a nutshell, it feels like a cross of Sekiro and Nioh. In this demo, there are 3 main bosses and I think its length is sufficient for players to test it out. I played it in English with Mandarin voice acting. Playing it fully in Chinese may be optimal if you have the literacy. Now I'll just have to finish up Nioh 2 (at final region already) and get ready to perform some martial arts on 3/3/23!
Waiting to play this. Does the game have Japanese version? My gf and I already bought the deluxe edition.

Yes, you can select Japanese language in-game iirc. It's made by a Japanese developer.
Seems like only Chinese/English version in asia. Weird because nioh and Nioh 2 had Japanese language options. My gf plays the Japanese version

Replaying Skyrim now on PS5. God knows how many times I've played it on the PC (boxed version and on Steam), PC3 and PS4, original Skyrim, Skyrim Legendary Edition, Special Edition and now Anniversary Edition.

Trying really really hard not to play as Stealth Archer... 1st priority to use 1 handed weapons and subsequently 2 handed weapon when i get a special one.

As far as the demo goes, it has English, Chinese and Japanese voice-over, Menu language options are English, Chinese(T), Chinese(S).

My impressions of the game are definitely not as glowing as mliolukiye. Need to see more of the game, particularly the boss fights.
It's the first time I play such games that are deflect/parry focused. I'm usually a dodge guy(dodge>block>parry). Only manage to fully experience that with the first boss Zhang Liang (2nd phase). Kinda stuck there for a while until the realisation that I just need to hang back and wait to counter. Being aggressive here doesn't work for me. Just breeze through 2nd and 3rd boss easily because Zhao Yun was there.
I really hope the boss fights in the full game are NOT JUST waiting for THAT red attack to counter for me,

Yeah actually I’m not a parry guy. I love soulsborne and nioh games, and elden ring, not sekiro though.

I actually use a combination of everything and it feels like the game wants you to do that to have a fast paced and engaging combat. Usual light and heavy attacks and martial arts as support or to build the foe's spirit gauge to stagger when you aren't deflecting/dodging. And that red attack counter is the high risk-high reward moment. I agree that with Zhao Yun's assistance for distraction, the bosses become easier.

Since it's deflection-focused, I think you may dread the game as I think it's more necessary to deflect than to dodge, to build a full gauge to stagger the foe. Plainly just attacking may take a little longer too and provided that you dodge all the possible dodge-able attacks.

I like how you can deflect everything.

First limited edition of it kind for ps5.... I thought for sure GOWR would be the first to receive a limited edition.
Guess solving supply issues is priority.

I will still check it out eventually, though I definitely prefer a slower "stamina management" style combats.
After experiencing the Niohs and the Dark souls, I think my mind already set... Team Fromsoft > Team Ninja.
I like the simplicity yet elegant style of DS over the so many elements for players to utilise approach of the Niohs.(I best liked the different stances)

play e called me to collect my ps5 digital edition with 1 controller after i've indicated my interest by making a reservation 2-3 weeks ago. seems like stocks among the retailers are increasing. Don't bother with Sony SG.Wait for them I probably got to wait till end of the year.

As I'm new to the PS ecosystem, any other accessories I should buy or sign up? The only PS I've owned was PS1..been a PC gamer all these while.

I think only foreign sets imported into SG.

No official warranty.

Just wait and try for local sets, stocks is coming in already.
So far, all the eletronic stores like challenger and HN i've been to these few days have ready stock of PS5. No need bundle sale like most game stores.
