That means the card is either in transit or you need to request for it. But the system has created a card for you, if it says services for this card are unavailable.

and HSBc doesnt require that the incremental balance has to be fresh funds and can just transfer from anther HSBC account ?

Why not another HSBC EGA account..

“Fresh Funds” means a deposit of funds from outside of HSBC into the Eligible Account. Transfers from existing HSBC bank deposit accounts or via HSBC cheque(s), cashier’s order(s) or demand draft(s) are not permitted.

This is from their T&Cs. I am not sure what the bolded text means. To me, it sounds like it must be from a non-HSBC account.

Transferring out to non-HSBC bank account then back in sounds fine based on the T&Cs.

If my reference mth is feb and the promotion is from march-june, does that mean I shld withdraw my funds in may so I can try again for July when the reference is June or would the promotion not be valid anymore

no one knows if hsbc will continue (except hsbc) their promo but if all smooth, you can do that and join the promotion in july.
