Approved loan amount : S$ 32,395
Funds Transferred to : DBS BANK LIMITED
Promotional Interest Rate on approved loan : 0.0% p.a
Effective Interest Rate (EIR) on approved loan : 2.06% p.a
Expiry Date (MM/YYYY) : 05/2023
(expires upon statement date)

Anyone tried UOB before? Is the expiry date similar to SC?
SC and UOB Approved Date: 26 October 2022
SC Expiry Date (MM/YYYY) : 05/2023 (Expires upon statement date) - my statement 22nd May
UOB Expiry Date : 30 May 2023 - my statement 31 May

For UOB we just need to pay all before the expiry date? (as this is the case for SC).

SCB is unique because they create a separate BT account for you, not sure if UOB does same. But my experience with Citi and HSBC is it is exact 6 months from the date you take the BT loan.

No, I think they just send you an email in the beginning and then you just have to remember the ending date.

Yes it will affect. The bigger BT loan you take, the worse your rating will be hit.

Stanchart called yesterday, 1.5% processing fee, 0% interest for 6 mths, but if take bigger loan amount (was quoted > $100k), processing fee can drop to 1.35%. EIR around 2.78% if 1.35% processing fee

For SCB, do we get a different BT account number everytime we renew the tenure?

How do you renew the tenure? Do you get the same promo rate or does the rate go higher?
I'm new to BT so am asking if we get a different BT account number everytime after it ends and we take up a new tenure?

Edited to make it clearer.

I am not even sure if it is possible to renew the tenure. But if it is possible, It should be the same account number.

Don't think can renew BT, you'll have to repay the entire thing then take it up again based on the promo rates at that point in time. Not sure about SCB, but my UOB and Maybank BTs, when repaid and taken up again, have different account numbers.

BT are not for renewals.
When you take up, the TnCs stated very clearly after 6mths/1yr the rates will go back up.

You have to settle in full come due and then call in to subscribe new BT again.
