What if condition of trade in device very cui?

It really depends on the trade in value of your phone. The trade in value of my S9 is $25 but over trade is 100+. In my case, if cui, just deduct $25 lor. Anyway mine has a small crack and they still offered $25.

Mine arrives date is from 22/05/2023.

If you didnt request for online trade in, i think is within 1 month from date your phone os delivered.

When you order and what color? Their help desk is quite helpless one.

Most of the time, you will only receive high level responses.

I'm politely testing water, to see if I can get a sensing of the delivery date. Cuz I plan to take leave to stay at home when they deliver, but I won't be able to if they only message me on the day of the delivery

They just need your phone, don't need phone box and accessories.

When you buy your S23 and opt for trade-in, they will have asked you for the condition of your trade-in phone and quote you a price. If the condition is deemed same by the person who collect your phone, then they will just take your old phone. Otherwise, they will ask you to top-up the difference via paynow.

3 day is if you chose to do the trade in online when you made your purchase.

Please read my reply again yea. My reply is for the case if you did not request for trade in at point of purchase, since you did not state.

They will pick up from you after you booked your schedule. No need accessories. Value is based on what you declare, if got differences, they will claw back the value.

Unlikely they can give you a firm date.

But usually once "Awaiting dispatch" change to "On the way", you should receive your phone the next day.
