I registered on 24th, Got Sim Card on 26th. Porting over started 11pm that night but took a while and got it on 27th noon time. 5G seem to have activated early in the morning (28th) because I was still on 4G when I went to sleep.

I also received my Sim Card on 26th early morning.
But up till today 28th, still waiting for the 5G activation.
Furthermore, mine is not port-in, I subscribed to a new line.

Just wanna share that mine also showing free 90 days 5G in the app. I switched to 5g on my phone and it works. I didn't chat with them on FB.

On the app, click on details, scroll down all the way to "More" section. Mine has 5G Ready (90D) free.

Good to know. Miy 5G activation should be at the very end of the new sign-up queue lol..

My personal concern is the QCI level for this line, since the data offering reminds me of Heya. and for the money they are asking for it's not surprising if it's deprioritised. However, opportunities to test that theory aren't coming up for a while, not until Christmas shopping this year or countdown 2024. Earliest I can think of would be NDP.

I followed up with ZYM with regards to my 5G activation.
After several hours later, they came back and highlighted to me their T&C.

"Free 5G connectivity for the first 3 months is exclusively available for Port-in customers".

As mine is a new number subscription, hence not eligible to this free 3 months 5G access.

Sharing this info to those who plan to jump ship to ZYM and also for those who have already subscribed with new numbers, no need to wait endlessly.
