I see nothing wrong with the driver until confronted by the cyclist. Bo dai bo ji kena confront, apologies still don't want let go, she even help to move the bicycle 1 side. The cyclist really asking for it. Poor driver kena charged by law for nothing

The driver shouldn't had use her vehicle to intimidate the cyclist. She use the car to intimidate her and even drove a good amount of distance with her on a the bonnet is already consider dangerous driving... i.e., broke the law.

Both deserved each other and asking for it.
