Trying my luck here, anyone have a slightly higher value coupon than $5 off $30 purchase? I'm buying something at $90 so trying to see if I can get a bit more to nicely use up my Q-coins. Happy to exchange the $5 coupon for it. Kindly PM me

Hi. Is it possible to withdraw Qcoins? TIA
not possible to my understanding. can pay for your qoo10 purchase using the qcoins, if not sufficient qcoins, can topup, just that i am not sure if it is worth to topup qcoins to fund my qoo10 purchase. any seniors here can advise if it is worth to topup qcoins and use it for purchase? not sure what is the benefit

if u use it immediately....can topup qcoins....
else don't keep qcoins....... the rates fluctuate from time to time, then account wallet/spending limit etc

Hi. Is it possible to withdraw Qcoins? TIA
Used to be possible with a 3% admin fee, but was removed.

Basically Q*Coins u gotta either spend them or use them to invest and roll.

Basically, I got a few hundred Q*Coins now. What I do is invest and stagger their returns to be monthly from Sep to Nov.

If I know I got a high value item to be bought that month, I will hold back, else roll it again in Wisfarm project.

My expectation is that I will spend during 11.11... hoping that there will be good deals then. So I have staggered my investment timeframe to match this timeline. Either that or my house's 6 yo cooking hob breaks down and I get a replacement. But I am cool to purchase in Nov shd it breakdown today, even. Recently spent a bit to get some electrical staff.

Wrt FX issues, it depends on when you bought Q*Coins and how much you bought it at & also how badly you wanna exit Qoo10 eco system . If you think you wanna be done w Qoo10, bad exchange rate, you also wanna run.

till now unable to withdraw
now they restrict from withdrawing claiming they want to reclaim back the coupons the buyers used,
seller settlement still unable to get at all
had contacted several legal advice for help already
hope the public get awareness on this company unethical practices.
