Gomez need more game time to gain his match sharpness.
Or else he will not get up to speed.
He is not plug and play.
Klopp should be sticking with Matip and Gomez unless there is some new injury concern.

I was the one who made the 10 matches to come up with a plan comment and not without reason and since I’m a troll I won’t bother explaining why because I also think trolls don’t have the capacity to understand the importance of respecting people for having different opinions or making rational comments without name calling

I don’t need u to agree and I don’t need to agree with u but while I understand we all will have different opinion and will never agree all the time.

while I’m at it I’m just gonna provide another unpopular opinion. Nunez is raw but our most dangerous attacker if played right. He has more attributes than becoming another Origi or counterattacking monster whatever that is.


We took 1 entire season to try and figure out how to use him but don’t manage to. And suddenly one game against Newcastle it gave us valuable insight into what we should have knew all along before we bought him from Benfica.

It’s alarming we bought a player without understanding how to use him and how he fits in the playing system and coach’s vision. Due diligence is usually done before any large investment. That’s common sense or probably not if its said by a “troll”

I would rather we stick to playing well and executing a game plan well and reacting well when we have 11v11
This was a very no choice reactive gamble
Nobody knew for sure this was gonna work. It wouldn’t work if Alisson wasn’t on god mode or nunez in clinical mode.

Simply put this win serves as an example of what I mentioned before. Individual brilliance carried us through again . Yes the tactical switch worked but we cannot discount Newcastle’s inept finishing helps. It’s easy to say if we don’t have Alisson making great saves and Nunez being ultra clinical which most of us here would never believe he would be (come on let’s be honest) we wouldn’t have managed to smash and grab.

it all comes down to details. And sometimes individual brilliance and luck as we can see. so can we say if vvd stays on we wouldn’t have switched and we might lose another goal or two. It was looking that way anyway.
