Based on the reviews of the OnePlus Open, the OxygenOS on the phone is very very similar to ColorOS now. Either OnePlus decided to take the ColorOS build on the N3 and simply change the name to OxygenOS, or OnePlus is moving away from the style of OxygenOS to ColorOS.

You can check out Flossy Carter's deep dive into the settings section of the OnePlus Open, he was very sure it was actually ColorOS until he saw the same of the OS.

simple. go find 1 one plus 11 user and a Oppo Find X6 Pro user...
Run thru the setting. I would say 90% are very similar.

In fact, this is what i found out.

OnePlus’s OxygenOS 13 is based on ColorOS 13. The major difference between the two is that OxygenOS does not include any bloatware and offers only the necessary apps and Google services. Hence, OnePlus smartphones might feel a bit smoother than similarly specced Oppo smartphones.

Internal screen one dont peel, just send in svc center ask them change

Not sure about the back camera mode, but for selfie mode, u show 5 fingers and camera will start 3 seconds timer and shoot

OS similar but somehow the camera app different. ColorOS camera app better and the post processing better than oxygenos lol

doesn't buying from telco set get u bloatware? I've hated that and was the reason I never use or want an android from Telco.

I'm gonna factory reset after updating firmware when I first open it. Fingers crossed that it gets rid of most of the telco bloatware.

That said for Oppo, I think we will be more concerned about the bloatware from Oppo rather than the bloatware from telco...

i think, both front and inner come with a cheapo normal SP.
So far China phone always has a SP on it.

Maybe u wanna go to the Oppo Store and use their demo set and try to peal off the SP.

Im using N2, it's CN rom. Even so there's not many bloatware to be honest, whatever was stock I can delete I deleted. Other items like their stock photo, etc I kept them in folder. Nothing intrusive like st.

Thanks for replying. Guess I am unlucky. Have checked with Singtel customer service and they can't find the order I placed. But yet I am being charged for it. Will raise a chargeback against the transaction if they don't get back to me by tomorrow
