Even good looking healthy fit looking young people get it.... sometimes those old dinos still no cancer... so really is luck despite what those "scientist" say....
Nothing is truly random in this world. It's only random from the point of inability to find out the reason. :(

The most plausible explanation is the body's balance is toppled. The balance when not corrected, over time will cause some symptoms. Cancer is just one of these symptoms.

Diabetes, migraine, liver, kidney issues are all sprung from these imbalances in different types of organs & bodily system.

what causes this imbalances then ? it could be dietary, lifestyle, emotional ups and downs etc.

Unless you are born with defective genes, cancer is not really random. My uncle is in his 60s and is still fit as a fiddle. He told me that he still gets morning wood daily. He only eat whole food, organic veggies and wild caught fish. A lot of people think that they are eating healthily but in actual fact they are not. Majority of the people out there are just putting cancer cells into their mouth daily unknowingly.

Haha in 60's only too young to start preaching health regime lah. If someone like Dr Mahathir say it then people might believe.

It also depends on which POLITICAL PARTY
you voted for as it will inevitably AFFECT your
LIFESTYLE and STRESS LEVEL Drastically...

TRUE STORY... 😐
Your logic is like voting for Man U to win premiere league.

Man U will win if they are good. Not because you vote for them.

So the political party will win if they are capable enough.

If political party or candidate is like sai, how to win ?

Cancer is random but people in developed countries have higher chance of getting it.

Some are genetics (angelina jolie)
Some are external risk factors eg asbestos, radiation, viral (eg hpv, helicobacter)
Stress, lack of sleep, inflammation, diet (eg red meat) and lifestyle are contributors
The rest is chance

Including experimental & underperforming Covid-19 vaccine/s & booster/s with thousand plus potential side-effects........

You are right.I understand your concerns.
And can feel your frustrations.

But I think we are not on the same page as
I never advocate for any parties in my post.

I am just highlighting that voting for the
WRONG PARTY will be detrimental to
your health...
Because of the wrong policies they have
implemented that will affect our lives...
And the refusal to admit THEIR MISTAKES
or make the necessary rectifications...

And it has nothing to do with whether
they are good enough to win or not...

Everybody knows eating certain food
will increase your chances of getting cancer... 😊

Yet the companies that sell these rubbish
food are doing very well...

But why are there still so many people
supporting these companies since
they know their food will
kill them in the long run?..😏

DNS, or the Domain Name System, translates human readable domain names (for example, www.amazon.com) to machine readable IP addresses (for example, 192.0.2.44).

IMHO, cancer is primarily due to mutation of cells. Normal cells have built-in mechanisms to self-detect errors (ownself check ownself) and self-destruct.

When cells mutate in such a way when some or all of these natural mechanisms fail, they have the potential to keep growing without stopping.

The onus is then on the immune system to detect such wayward cells and then destroy them.

However this is also not perfect and it is possible during periods of immune duress or suppression that evasion happens and these cells remain undetected.

Besides self-replication that causes the growth of cancer, abnormal cells can confuse other normal cells when they communicate. The latter can begin to malfunction and turn rogue.

Most people are unaware of this but such cellular mutations occur regularly. The majority of these mutations are resolved without issue over our lifetimes.

It's the rare few that evade all of the natural defense mechanisms which eventually lead to a dangerous situation.

Hmm what if I lift weight regularly and next took protein to replace dead cell, would that helps? 🤣
