Need a good drill for concrete or brick walls.

New flats iirc some might be using thicker plaster board with wooden frame backing. Lighter items can hold.

I remember the drill head got damaged. But those contractor worker one seem much better. Not sure if cos of skill issue, or cos their equipment better.

Get a better quality drill bit. Or were you drilling reinforced pillars??

The newer batch of BTOs is really not so good, have heard a lot of complaints about build quality. Possibly cos affected by Covid. Hopefully things are better after the complaints have been taken into consideration. In the early 2010s, it was still not too bad.

Was not structural wall. Flat was built in 70s I believe.
