i have both. still prefer pixel because i want to be able to install and test malware. pixel works well. i have 8 pixels and only 1 iphone. iphone is very heavy and not suitable for recording duplex phone conversations

iPhone is truly heavy…at least up to ip14

androids way lighter

Recently my office co worker who is crazy about phone got a new iPhone which has usb-c port says that with usb-c the iPhone can plug in all kind of device to use on iPhone making is a few steps closer to android.

Although the iPhone file manager still have some limitations but it works fine with copying file between USB C flash drives and connecting to SMB SHARES.

the mandatory itunes usage just to transfer videos/music over to the phone is already a major turn off. Also customisation options for iphone is simply pathetic.

Biggest plus is can side-load apps on Android that are actually good for the users (although noobs will also side-load stupid **** and get hacked). Watching youtube with 0 advertisements and even auto skipping the youtuber video's in-video promotions is unmatched.

Samseng also many bloatware. Android not as smooth as ios. But I use Android for emulators.

Ios closed eco system but smooth sia.

Ios is kanna trapped in their apple eco system de.

I haven’t used iTunes to connect my iPhone for many years.

Guess there is no real use case for me. As my laptop has no music/video, my iPhone can access YouTube and Apple Music directly.

As for customization, could you please give examples. Thanks.
