Maybe problem w the rechargable battery? Try to change it?

I didnt open this 8" yet.

For the 4" USB fan w 1x18650 battery, U can direct solder/ coil the usb cable ( wire stripe) to the pcb board battery terminals, the 0V must put insulation tape or heat shrinkable tubing as it is non insulated.

Wind strong too but must place nearer to U n lasting too.

Thanks for the advice. But I don't know how to DIY.
I threw the fan away .

nope not digital, i get the reading from the SP bill.
