I actually find getting blood from back of hand not that painful leh... is it supposed to hurt more?
supposedly, yes. and the wrist where the artery is which is also a danger zone incase the blood dun stop.
in one of the probing surgery i was in, told the anesthesiologist to insert IV from my back hand as the one on my arm failed twice and the 2nd time poke wrong vein and it fountained to the ceiling.... it was fun. i 🤣🤣🤣

bad then my so call high blood pressure barely 100. TCM say my heart buay sai.
Reminds me of this ex colleague who mentioned she had this condition where her BP goes up too high, she will faint... So cannot get too excited...

Was like thinking in my head... Liddat how to piak....

Years later still see her have 2 daughters... Tsk...

Edit: oh HR not BP...
