Chinatown MRT Exit C, people's park hawker centre, turn right. Abt 15 - 20 mins Walk along blk 34 upper cross street row of provision shops, go straight up, turn left when approaching bus stop. There are old Hdb flats there.

They do not need your support, you are not supporting them but only make their life worst by having to work longer hours.
