Isn't it safer to book for a collection slot AFTER receiving your new device?
Is there gonna be an issue with the slot availability?
It is definitely safer and there is later slots available for the trade in pickup. I just assumed and hoped for the best for no delays haha

Nvm if really got delay then I just backup my S23U to PC instead of using smart switch to transfer S23U to S24U

haha i booked collection for 24 morning, but my use case is unique coz my trade in handset is mainly a back up device in the last few mths.

meanwhile no updates to my 19 jan 1tb ti grey, still awaiting dispatch / get by 25 jan. qxpress number not found.

I have a N20U, updated recently with no issue....

Very impressed with Samsung service centre.

My mums S20 Plus had the infamous green line.

For $54, they replaced the screen, changed the battery and applied a new screen protector!
I didnt update my device. Just now i have asked the Samsung online and out of goodwill even my device is out of warranty, they will charge me S$54.40 for the labor cost, but they also say if the found out discrepancies on the device condition, repair charges may apply. After this they also gave me promo code for i think anything in their Online Store.

this is without warrenty previous bought? or paid previous n ur warrenty expired
