Most patients in subsidised wards are kind. Some elderly if u help them buy their fav food on their behalf. They will wan to treat u or tip u more than the value of the food they buy, even though they ownself don't earn much. Very nice gesture from them.

Recently have to change soiled diaper for imh patients. Very aggressive, manage to Siam their flying kicks brushed past my neck several times, but still landed with some pinches on arms.

The patient that I was feeding drinks up till one week ago. Passed on yesterday while I'm off, I can imagine her face finally relaxed and feeling comfortable as she drifted off into long sleep.

Usually their face looked very relaxed and pain free when they passed on.

Sometimes we set the aim too high and cause ourselves injuries. Knowing when to stop is Welly impt for long life I'm guilty of that too

Same maybe that why will depressed caz didn't hit my goals.
