Yes. If many person, I recommend get a direct pick up.
Can rest more.
No need to worry about transiting by METRO, HSR, Taxi/Train
So with family members, can choose the option that I suggested.

If I am not wrong, once you missed your reserved seat train, you can still take any train within the day to your destination but at the non-reserved seat cabin.

You can only change/refund your reserved seat ticket at the counter no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time subject to seats availablity.

How about nantou area? Lots of rain as well? I went in may and sept it was ok but lots of rain and it was very foggy at hehuanshan in November. I was thinking of visiting cingjing farm again during summer and maybe stay there for 2 nights then go kenting. I will be sticking to taipei and hualien for my trip end of the month

I know most airlines state that for checked-in baggage, total dimension cannot exceed 158cm. If I have a 30/32 inch luggage with a total dimension of 173cm, would it pass with China Airlines?

not really all some stipulate max length, width, height. u should really check china airlines baggage requirements & not make assumptions from other airlines requirements

I do not think they will measure and if oversize,they will put on the carrier. Nowadays many of those elongated ones being used.

here now, after the meat check station is the manual immigration queue already, no counter to register for egate

or do they automatically register at the manual counter
