My house got shengsiong and prime supermarket for 24 hour

Your aircon got test any issue

i switch on my AC at least 7 to 8 times (40min cooling then when i switch off, i switch to fan mode for 30 to 45min to reduce conden) over then 3 month

so far so good, hope it can last at least 5yr just to break even the AC cost

i will avoid on/off aircon cooling. Cause switch on/off aircon, actually ramping up your compressor more often.....
More conden, just need to carry more frequent maintenance.
In additional, it consume the same electricity to cool the room over time.

aircon cannot too long nv switch on. you need to switch on at once every 2 to 3 week

Ballot for February BTO/SBF has started and will take place until 28 Feb

for the 25 units of Jurong West SBF (completed and keys ready), the actual project is Boon Lay Glade.
not Jurong West Jewel @1982-1994

The location is better for me , as compared to Jewel.

for 2 room flexi, chinese ethnic, the 25 units are spread over 4 blocks.

out of the 25 units, 19 units are 47 sqm, and 6 units are 38 sqm

low level there are 8 units (below level 6) consisting of 38 sqm x 2 units and 47 sqm x 6 units

Price wise is much more expensive. For me I feel is not really worth as its not really near to the mrt station or amenities.

i am not sure but according to the portal, there are no repurchased flats. and there are quite alot of units not belonging to low level
