i might be wrong but no international service centre in SG. so if u buy elsewhere, nearest still need to go MY to service.

that's weird..why wouldn't SG centre service it since they listed all the various asian countries that it covers?

I know Dell and Lenovo services underwarranty laptops here even tho bought in US....lemme ask the XM sales ppl when I am there..curious whats really covered under intl warranty

no point comparing to US products. i think XM operates differently. IIRC was in earlier discussion on 13 series international warranty

TBH, I will want the 14U w/camera kit at the lowest price. I rather they give an irresistible deal with just the kit.

So far no temptation to upgrade yet to 14U unless they throw in the latest watch too. Maybe wait for another 13U owner to upgrade t 14U for feedback first.

how is the battery life with the latest snapdragon?

yep..that's why i am now tempted to look at TW bundle price with kit. if good deal..will be very tempted to get there since I am there half the time.

Mine camera kit bought taobao about $150 .. abit discount from their normal retail price of 999rmb or about $200.

battery life is good so far.. I havent really go into that yet coz nothing bothering so far

personally I think 13u and 14u much too similar in concepts. I read they are planning their 15 now. Hope 15ultras will have more breakthrough.

IMO if u no need close up / macro, no need to upgrade. i wanted a detachable remote shutter, 14U cam kit seems to be fixed shutter so quite pointless for me
