the problem is the terms are poorly translated from Chinese (中文）(another confusing term, Chinese got 3 meanings, the language, ethnic and nationality)

overseas Chinese = 华侨 = overseas PRC

华裔 = descendents of 华侨 (localised and non-PRC)

so which one are we? r u PRC?
