Last time I went there with school friends was back in 2011, was damn boring back then with overpriced food charging SG prices in MYR. And my room mate said our room was haunted but I didn't feel anything throughout the 2 nights. Now looks slightly less boring.

For general info, for those taking coach to genting, the coach will stop rest at yong peng for 25 mins, can eat and buy your Malaysia digi prepaid card if needed. Need passport

Realize not many people explore this option~ My both trips to Genting, I stayed at mid-hill~ from there drive a short distance to Genting premium outlets and take cable car up or drive straight to Genting~

Mid hill have many eateries, it's cheaper than Genting~ many coaches would stop over for their passengers for Chinese restaurant meal~

suitable for families with kids & non gambling visitors~ also for those unable to book Genting hotels during school holiday~ I'd stayed Vista & Windmills, both ok~

Never go Genting before, always heard of coach accidents when going up/down

Vista is nice. But for us we got free hotel room in genting thats why we stay at genting. We Always eat at loong kee at gohtong jaya for their soon hock fish, lala soup, black hokkien mee, chicken etc
