DUring CNY ... at a shopping mall whilst doing CNY shopping .. met an old lady with a maid .... she was so lively and was commenting on the CNY docorations and she chit chatted with me .. to my amazement ... she said she is 96 years old ... I tot she was about 80++ years old!!!

The 2nd hand smoke not worth the daily buffets.

not sure of her diet
Lifestyle should be slept early woke up early

I got one colleague high cholesterol, genetic issue, never eat med. heart attack at 30ish. He recovered.
