The motorcyclist was really lucky to avoid any accident. It could have been him/her involved in the accident with the two cars instead of what happened at the junction.

I think the laws needs to be severely tightened up to discourage such road users from speeding, I think where a driver is the direct cause of a death he should be suspended from driving for life and given a hefty jail term, the punishment currently is laughable.

I can identify with the merc driver mentality esp when I first started driving many moons ago.

one thing leads to another bah......saab die die want to overtake, swiped merc, decided to make a run for it, floor accelerator and sped away. besides being a jerk, would be difficult to prove merc broke any law.
