where did u get 100km/h? u know how fast that is? the saab sure after he accelerate away. But merc did accelerate at the end, that was obvious.. but if the merc really wack the accelerator, the merc will be long gone before the saab can swerve into him..and hit 100km/hr in that short distance

Saab driver chose to speed.

Saab driver chose to overtake dangerously instead of slowing down when path was blocked.

Saab driver chose to drive off after hitting merc instead of stopping

Saab driver chose to continue speeding after hitting merc.

Saab driver chose to ignore red light and speed through the junction. It's not as if the lights suddenly turned red. The lights have been red for some time already.

At each of these steps, the saab driver had plenty of chances to stop and prevent this tragedy from happening. But he didn't.
