Manufacturing defect.

Fanco's response must have angered the owner and the owner took to social media to complain.

I did not know fans have to be serviced.

Mine are working well after many years.

Mine still ok cept for remote goin bonkers after 2 years. have to change remote system not jus the console. ard 80 bucks i think

I also using fanco in living room, the motor very weak, after a short period, the low speed can barely rotate and have to use medium speed. 😢
