It's not just a student problem, I bet most (not all) edmwers here if they live without a helper or their mother/parents, their own house will probably more or less end up in the same condition or even worse.

It's all in the family upbringing. If one is brought up to not have done much housework in their life, why would they behave any differently simply because they are renting it from someone else.

Renting to A GROUP of students is a no no !!

OP video not so bad... mouldy sink is a yikes but can scrub.
toilet bowl stained... that might not come out but can be reduced.
LED light not covered.. feels like they replaced the light on their own and misplaced the retention bolt/cap.
