There is one notorious cai fan stall at City Square Food Republic.

Got big sign in Chinese at the front saying 1 meat 2 Veg+ rice = $6. But when its time to pay, its going to be $8 to $10 and the aunty will tell you that $6 price only applies to 1 or 2 types of meat and a similarly limited selection of veg. Want to eat here, better ask before pointing at any item.
