So the uncertain factor is if UOB will maintain the current BI for Stash for the next 5 months, that's the worry when comparing with current RHB FD of 3.3% P.A for 6 months to make this option more worthwhile. Stash BI isn't fixed or guarantee I assume,

Correct. To me BI on STASH is not guaranteed. Currently the EIR on $100k is 3%. Even if lower to 2% it’s still not bad to me.

Don't really understand your question - what do you mean "the bonus interest amount shown in my STASH only 14k but I have regsitered 100k".

1. The Nation Of Savers Promo started in Jul 2024 till end Sep 2024
2. Is your STASH account new or existing prior to Jul 2024?
3. When did you register for the promo?
4, What is your MAB for June 2024 (if your STASH account is not new)

The account balance to earn bonus interest is separate from your participation in the Nation Of Savers promo (where u register and if eligible will get a cash gift)

Your internet banking message of "$14k to earn bonus interest" is just an indication that the day the message appear you need to top up $14k and maintain until month end to meet min MAB of > $10,000 to earn BI.

note: if MAB for the month is lower than MAB-$100k, you will get less than EIR 3% for that month.
Since your account is new open in July, the MAB(June) & MAB(July) are both $0. Any amount transferred into the a/c in Aug will result in MAB(Aug) higher than MAB(July) and will earn some bonus interest although you will need to ensure MAB(Aug) is $100k if you want to hit EIR 3% for Aug.

#1 deposit&register during 1-31 July period – will be earmarked by 30 Aug - earmark end-date is 17 Dec 2024

#3 deposit&register during 1-30 Sep period - will be earmarked by 31 Oct - earmark end-date is 17 Feb 2025

Since you register in July but did not transfer the fund into the a/c by 31July, you should contact the bank to clarify if you fall under #1 or #2 if you intend to transfer your funds in Aug.

Today my Stash account credited with the $700. And $100k earmarked. I also just withdrew $699. Hope all continues to go well.

Just to be sure that average balance this month is more than last Month’s. In case got any mistake, I should be “safe”. But you are right, can just withdraw the entire $700.
