VPN is very slow. Yesterday i use my laptop to a free streaming site to try and virus started to attack me. Luckily i know how to due with it. My laptop is clean as i respond fast by pulling out the internet cable and switch on my router to change my ip address. Then i uninstall my chrome and do a full scan with my security software and windows defender. No virus found and the pop up all gone. The website just give me notification that i am hacked and infected but actually i am not.if someone's paranoid, just use vpn

Must stop the internet and restart the router then the hacker will lost the connection to the laptop, just in case. Changed IP. Then scan without the internet as my security suit is up to date. After no virus then reconnect back and scan with windows defender also clean. Chrome I already uninstall and delete all the history and cookies. Look like it is the sites sending pop up to say i am infected and ask me to click this and that. Of course i did not and i already disconnect from the internet so what ever software they have on my chrome will not be able to connect to the hacker or the site. Actually not infected at all.
