Whether it is 10 mins or 10 years doesn’t matter

using that logic any shop can deny responsibility after selling as all products will leave the shop

they might get away in law but reputation is definitely going to take a hit. It is up to the shop to prove it … if they can. It really is between the shop and rolex, not the customer.
