I see. For the benefit of lowzeewee,

1. Major - I just enjoy seeing how one with crazy dream went though the adversity
2. Hajime No Ippo - Early few seasons were so good.
3. Full Metal Panic - Unique laugher
4. Initial D - First season, being unpredentious, was enjoyable
5. One Outs - It taught me a lot about the wits and tricks.

If i go on adding next 5, I would rank other sports anime and others above Slam Dunk. Slam Dunk itself is quite light hearted sport but lack of seriousness or technicality I seek for.
