Hong Kong is bad. place look like crap. walk along the streets still got aircon water dripping down..

slums and new buildings all together. roads design are crap..

clearly zero thought about zoning and infra . need to tear down and rebuilt many buildings and residential.

this is why I am supportive of 99 years lease hold. if not also need a law to force owners to tear down and rebuilt after 99 years. else it looks and is crap.

yes SZ is like JB to us. I go there change iphone battery cost $20sgd only. In SG, cost $50 SGD.

Actually the HSR between China and hk should prosper hk one ma. There should be more prc coming to hk than the other way.

But they hiam prc no class, got problem. Protest here and there, umbrella all come out.

But SZ baoan flights only once a day and lousy timings I would rather fly to HK then take HSR over.

Not as bad as HK. Some of their malls and shop really is no tenant even. SG as least weekends the malls very crowded and got lots of shoppers.
