SZ is their JB.

Hong Kong is bad. place look like crap. walk along the streets still got aircon water dripping down..

slums and new buildings all together. roads design are crap..

clearly zero thought about zoning and infra . need to tear down and rebuilt many buildings and residential.

this is why I am supportive of 99 years lease hold. if not also need a law to force owners to tear down and rebuilt after 99 years. else it looks and is crap.

hk is rubbish. The luxury malls, sibei atas n nice. other areas all look like 1970s.

nothing much to shop also, luxury stuff v ex vs other countries. Service also soso.. wan to buy n giv face also hard.

Game over for HK. Last time still always go there 买东西,吃东西. Now I direct fly to SZ and GZ liao.

Actually the HSR between China and hk should prosper hk one ma. There should be more prc coming to hk than the other way.

But they hiam prc no class, got problem. Protest here and there, umbrella all come out.
Instead they now go china to enjoy themselves. :(

I go Shenzhen , all the malls crowded and restaurants full. Where got recession?

Shenzhen population - 17.7 million people

HK population - 7.3 million people

Singapore population - 5.3 million people

Sinkeland also jialat. Weekday orchard boh lang one.
Not as bad as HK. Some of their malls and shop really is no tenant even. SG as least weekends the malls very crowded and got lots of shoppers.
