Having the same problem. Unable to recontract using CIS and non-CIS links. One moment it shows stock as available and during the final stages the stock disappears and I have to start over. Very frustrating. They should just update their site if OOS.

I tried on Friday using my company CIS link which last 30mins. Tried twice both ended up with error. I called 1609, the CSO asked me to clear the cache.
