For my case, as I did not activate my set so I was told no voucher. If have will be good😄
Yes .. ask me to key in my email for the voucher.. no need open and activate phone…

SingPost ask me to activate later but I refused.
Don’t want to activate my iPhone yet till 3/1/2025 as my current 15 Pro Max still have warranty till then.
They will not check your invoice when u send for repair?

all sets having issues should rightfully go back to Apple …
anyway the counter staff said so too (on Friday)

Anyone have any idea if SingTel shop sells AirPods Max as accessories and can use the recontract discount for accessories on it?

Anyone recontract using cis? I tried several times but still having problems. Sometimes it says out of stock and other less popular models get stuck at delivery page

The stocks showing now is not accurate
Tried for my other line faced the same

Having the same problem. Unable to recontract using CIS and non-CIS links. One moment it shows stock as available and during the final stages the stock disappears and I have to start over. Very frustrating. They should just update their site if OOS.

I tried on Friday using my company CIS link which last 30mins. Tried twice both ended up with error. I called 1609, the CSO asked me to clear the cache. :s22:

I cleared cache but still become out of stock during check out haha crap la Singtel
