I sort of agree. Most ppl start out losing more money than the course fee for Adam Khoo's courses.My understanding of the personal finance landscape of retail investors is that most have lousy returns even when the big markets are in a major bull run. Retail investors punished themselves by consistently buying high and selling low. We would be best served by educating ourselves with orthodox investment books such as "A Random Walk Down Wall Street".
However, if you're too lazy to read up, you can cough up a few thousand SGD and join Adam's course to learn the correct strategies - paying Adam's less costly then market timing and churning your portfolio.
