In the event of stolen, lost or damage tag

According to JPJ, the owner is responsible for notifying the department via the portal about any stolen, lost, or damaged RFID tag. The owner must file a police report and notify JPJ before they can obtain a new RFID tag.

For the TbG ewallet app, is there some interface to see that your VEP is linked to app and deducting? The current button I see for VEP only says national ID is linked.

Go to All Services | Transport | RFID or Toll | RFID and you should see your car details with tag ID & “Active” status.

Feels very good seeing an empty causeway. Hope the jhks lose revenue and regret their stupidity in trying to impose the useless system.

Those caught with VEP without proper e-wallet just stick to paying with TnG card . Don't pay to A-wallet.

Bought a second hand vehicle earlier this year. Tried to register for VEP but encountered error prompting that vehicle already registered.

Applied for deregistration, after 1 week, it shows deregistration "verified". Tried applying for VEP again and still shows vehicle registered.
