DAG Ang points out that while the defence is trying to prove that the Committee of Privileges (COP) was deprived of some material finding, the prosecution believes the COP’s findings are not relevant to the trial.

COP's findings have nothing to do with the trial...

I don't understand. Thought they submitted the "findings" to AGC to sue PS? Huh? Am i missing something?

AG is AG mah, higher ranked want to kan still can kan what. Of course, this is despite him never had a career as prosecutor nor judge, so this parachuter may not be respected by the DAG.

I thought a layman could have a reasonable question that the redacted messages could be related to what happened on 8 Aug and 3 Oct. How could one simply just assume that it's not relevant w/o reading it? Hmmmm
Because the lawyer's job is to win the case, not find out about the truth

The less information they can reveal to their opponents, the better for their own case

My memory not good. This case is cos of COP's finding ... no?

Yes that is the job of the lawyer but I thought prosecutors ought to have more integrity than the typical lawyer, in the respecting of the rule of law and fairness? In fact prosecutors should have the same integrity as the court judge leh.
